Fellows
According to the ECTIL Statutes, Fellows are proposed by the Board of Directors (no 12.1 lit c) and appointed by the Supervisory Board (no 14 lit d). A fellowship can be proposed for scholars who contribute to the realisation of specific projects of ECTIL (no 4.5 ECTIL Statutes). Usually a fellowship is only proposed after several years of successful cooperation on more than one project.
