Legal Protection of Personality Rights – Chinese and European Perspectives
The inaugural conference of the Sino-European Private Law Forum was held in Yantai on 20-21 September 2013. The theme of this first meeting was 'The Protection of Personality Rights in Comparative Perspective'.
In light of the success of the meeting, the papers from the forum will be published in an anthology.
