Medical Liability in Europe
In cooperation with Ecclesia Versicherungsdienst GmbH, and with support by the Institute for European Tort Law, ECTIL will produce a comparative survey of medical liability in 13 European jurisdictions. Apart from a series of theoretical questions, six actual fact settings will be analyzed by the country reporters. A comparative report will also take account of an economic analysis of the key issues.
The project is meant to update and expand the scope of a previous study, which has led to the very first publication in the "Tort and Insurance Law" series. |
