New Publication: Compulsory Liability Insurance from a European Perspective

ECTIL and the Institute for European Tort Law are pleased to announce the publication of their study on Compulsory Liability Insurance from a European Perspective (edited by Attila Fenyves/Christa Kissling/Stefan Perner/Daniel Rubin). The study covers 9 national legal systems and contains five special reports as well as a comparative report, conclusions and an Annex containing a compilation of rules on compulsory liability insurance in the nine national legal systems.
