Curriculum Vitae
Dr Martin Hogg was appointed to the Edinburgh Law School in 1995, following a period of legal practice with a commercial law firm. His main areas of research lie in all aspects of the law of obligations, with a current particular emphasis on obligations theory, causation, and the concept of damage. He contributed to the Digest of European Tort Law volume on causation published in 2007, as well as to the volume on the concept of damage in tort law published in 2011.
